The Mslexia website features samples from the current issue as well as a selection of full articles, interviews and writing exercise from previous issues. There is also a popular listings section with the latest competitions, festivals, events etc., and a comprehensive resources section for writers.

The website currently attracts an average of over 11,000 unique visitors per month.

FILE FORMATS

Magazine

The magazine is produced on Apple Mac using Adobe InDesign. Artwork for ads should be sent as an email attachment as a PDF, TIFF or JPG file with a resolution of 300dpi and CMYK colour profile. We also accept InDesign documents (.indd) for Mac, packaged for print including full font set and image links.

If you wish, we can set (design) your ad for a small fee. Logos and images must be sent in the acceptable file formats, and desired fonts must be included if not using standard ones. Please contact us for prices.

* Images and logos taken from websites (gif files and low resolution jpegs) are not acceptable for use in the print magazine *

Website

Artwork for banner ads should be sent as an email attachment as a JPG or GIF file with a resolution of 72dpi and RGB colour profile. Files should not exceed 15kb

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Advertisements for publication in Mslexia are accepted at the discretion of Mslexia Publications Limited.
• All artwork and other advertisement material is held at the owner’s risk.
• Advertisers and their agents warrant that copy and illustrations do not infringe any law, and contain no matter that is libellous or objectionable.
• Mslexia Publications Limited reserves the right to make an additional charge for advertisements involving additional production work or major alterations.
• Mslexia Publications Limited is not liable for any loss or damage from error, late publication, non-publication, or failure of an advertisement to appear.
• Payment terms are strictly thirty days from date of invoice.
